  The folks at Ag Central in Athens are very friendly and knowledgeable. The are dedicated to giving you the best service they can and doing what is best for you and your vehicle. They go above and beyond! And their prices destroy the dealer prices for the same service.

  I tried to get some work done at the co-op once again. My truck needed an alignment, so my wife and I dropped it off at 10 A.M. I was called around 10:35 A.M. by Rich stating they couldn't get my truck started. I finally got in touch and drove up there myself, maybe one hour later and started my truck with no issues with Rich watching. They called back later and stated that I needed a right control arm and two bushings. I specifically asked if the work could be completed and if they could get the parts and Rich said yes, since bad weather was on the way. I called at 5:55 and asked if my truck was complete, since I need it to go to work in the morning because it is a four wheel drive. I was told that the parts never arrived. I was extremely upset, but bit my tongue since that never solves anything. However, I needed my truck because I didn't want to leave my family without a vehicle capable of going in the snow, so I went and picked my truck up and told them I would find someone else to preform the work. I wouldn't recommend anything done at the CO-OP in Athens, TN this was my second attempt and last. I believe communication is key in business and the CO-OP lacks all of this.
