  I don't shop here often, but they have some pretty good deals before Christmas. Last Saturday, I went into get my mom a gift, and as I was standing in line to check out, the 2 associates at the cash registers began dissing a customer that had just left. One said "I'm glad she's gone, she has an attitude" to which the other replied " I know, I'll tell you something about her later". This is no way to do customer service, and it really left a bad taste in my mouth. It reminded me that this type of snotty behavior is why I quit shopping here.
