- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆March 30, 2020, by Donna MckaleCashier was not very friendly. She did not smile, once, during the 3 times I encountered her during my visit. I use this Staples for most of my personal business and have never encountered this before. I also wanted to update my email for receipts and asked which option I needed to push and instead of answering, she turned the screen on the device around and pushed the button like I was not able to do it on my own. Her customer service skills could have been better.
